Welcome to Trash Panda Leather

Handmade in Berlin. Built to Last.

Jakub Settgast, tattooer and leather craftsman, in his Berlin studio surrounded by artwork     Jakub Settgast riding a custom chopper motorcycle, wearing boots and tattoos, founder of Trash Panda Leather in Berlin

Trash Panda Leather is my workshop in Berlin where I design and build one-of-a-kind leather goods for riders, makers, and anyone who values real craftsmanship. Every belt, mudflap, keychain, or custom piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand using premium leather sourced from Japan and classic studs and hardware imported from the USA.

I’ve been working with my hands for years as a tattooer, and that same dedication to detail flows into my leatherwork. I don’t make fast-fashion accessories — I build gear that ages with you, develops patina, and tells a story the longer you use it.

What Makes Trash Panda Leather Different

  • One-offs and small runs: Most pieces exist only once. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

  • Custom orders: Belts, mudflaps, or accessories tailored to your size, colors, or stud patterns.

  • Quality materials: Full-grain Japanese leather, USA studs, and traditional hand tools.

  • Built for riders: A lot of my gear is designed with chopper culture and Western style in mind.

Custom Work

If you like what you see but want something more personal, reach out. I’ll build a piece to your measurements and specs — from belt length and buckle choice to jewel colors and stud patterns. Every custom order is made with the same care as my one-off builds.

The Name

Why Trash Panda? Because like a raccoon, I dig through culture, materials, and old-school tradition, and I turn it into something tough, useful, and a little wild.
